DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Sajjhaa gave Dubai ruler Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum his second victory on Saturday by winning the $5 million Dubai Duty Free.

Sheik Mohammed's Godolphin stable earlier won the Dubai Gold Cup with Cavalryman. Jockey Silvestre De Sousa was on board both mounts.

Little Mike, winner of the Arlington Million and $3 million Breeders Turf, was in command early with Hall of Fame jockey Gary Stevens in the saddle. But the 6-year-old was overtaken by Igugu just before the final turn, and Sajjhaa charged through on the inside to beat The Apache by one and three-quarter lengths.

Dubai Duty Free is part of a nine-race $27.25 million Dubai World Cup card.
