Just days after the Toronto Mayor apologized for smoking crack cocaine -- a new video has surfaced, courtesy of the Toronto Star.


Minutes after the video was posted, Ford emerged from his office to a slew of reporters.

SOUNDBITE: Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Speaking To Reporters:

"All I can say is - again - I've made mistakes."

SOUNDBITES: Reporters, Speaking To Ford:

"Mayor Ford, do you need help? Mayor Ford is it time to ask for help?"

"Mayor Ford, your colleagues want you to go away, why won't you go away?"

The Toronto Star said it paid for the video and said the context of the clip was not clear.

SOUNDBITE: Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Speaking To Reporters:

"It is extremely embarassing. I don't know what to say. And I'm, again... "

SOUNDBITE: Reporters, Speaking To Ford:

"Rob Ford for Prime Minister!"

The apologizes echoed those he offered on Tuesday when he admitted he had smoked crack cocaine - promising he would never let it happen again.

SOUNDBITE: TORONTO Mayor Rob Ford speaking to reporters:

"Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine. But, no, do I? Am I an addict? No. Have I tried it? Probably in one of my drunken stupors. Probably approximately a year ago."
