According to the Nielsen ratings company, almost twenty one million viewers watched as "American Hustle" took home three trophies and "12 Years a Slave" was named best film drama.

It's currently the season's most-watched awards show.

Prince is to make a guest appearance on Fox comedy "New Girl."

In the episode, which will air directly after the Super Bowl next month, Zooey Deschanel's character is invited to a mansion party hosted by the pop star.

The Super Bowl is traditionally the most-watched TV event of the year, so time slots after are considered prime real estate.

"Lone Survivor" dominated the weekend box office

The Navy SEAL drama earned thirty seven point eight million dollars in its first weekend of wide release.

Disney's "Frozen" stayed second with fourteen point seven million while "The Legend of Hercules" opened in third with eight point nine.
